DATA PRIVACY POLICY: Personal related Information provided to the AGT will NOT be published publicly except for those which specifically note they will be part of the PUBLIC database record.  In general, this is normally your discovery gamertag that you provide when you submit information to the AGT.  Specifically we will not post or publicly share account, emails, NMS friends codes or other personally identifiable information gathered through any of the form submission processes.  In some case we may ask a question on certain forms where we will ask how you want to be identified publicly. Your use of the Forms or Database submission systems constitutes your understanding of this policy.

It is also possible that your publicly accessible discoveries recorded publicly on Hello Games Discovery Services server with your personal gamertag are documented. Your use of the Hello Game servers and the game itself constitutes your agreement with Hello Games on the public disclosure of that information.

End users should note we are a volunteer gaming community and will make best efforts to protect information, however we cannot guarantee full protection from theft or hacking of our systems.
