HTF Celebrates 1,000 Systems Claimed

In late December last year, the Hyades Travellers Foundation (HTF) surpassed 1,000 systems claimed and documented in the AGT Galactic Archives. This is a significant accomplishment that our members agreed we should celebrate. To celebrate this achievement, the HTF will be hosting a base building competition on the AGT Masgaters Gaoka planet.

Event Details

All AGT Travellers are invited to participate. Diplomats and visitors are welcome to build bases in the system too, but are not eligible to enter the competition. Starting Aug. 10 and ending Aug. 21 at 23:59 UTC, participants will have to complete a build before judging takes place. Only 1 base per participant will be judged. If a participant creates multiple bases, one will be selected for judging at random. Both participants and non-participants are strongly advised to follow the AGT Base Building Guidelines. Failure to do so may result in participants being disqualified from the competition.

Judging Criteria

Bases will be judged according to these criteria:

• Level of detail

• Use of aesthetics

• Use of space

• Originality

Note that scale/size is not mentioned in the criteria, but rather use of space. A smaller base that makes better use of its space will be favored over a large base that is mostly empty.

Rewards/Prizes

3 bases will be ranked in order of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Rewards will be distributed as follows:

• 1st Place: Photo of Base featured on HTF website, achievement recognized on HTF socials

• 2nd Place: Achievement recognized on HTF socials

• 3rd Place: Achievement recognized on HTF socials

Winners may opt out of having their username shared on HTF socials by request. In that case, only the name of the winning base will be posted online.

How to Enter
