HTF 1000!
Important Announcement. The AGT team made a design error in the Traveller ID system. For those of you who received a traveller ID, it is ok, your user name and traveller ID are still valid and fine. We will be adding a PASSWORD as well to the account for everyone so you will be receiving an email over the next two weeks as we generate the password for you and our support system emails them to you individually. Note that all your current webapps need to use the Traveller NAME and PASSWORD (not Traveller ID member number).
Please do not send support requests or direct messages looking for a password, we will deal with each previous traveller ID request in sequence.
If you do not have a Traveller ID, then you need to get one now to use AGT tools and services in future. To get it you need to be a registered AGT Traveller. A REGISTERED AGT Traveller means members that have:
Registered on the current 2025-2026 census (1st step)
Obtained a Traveller ID member number by contacting our support desk (help@nms-agt.on.spiceworks.com) (2nd step)
When a member successfully receives their registration details, they will have:
An AGT Traveller Name
An AGT Traveller Member ID
An AGT Traveller password
For more information see the AGT Traveller ID FAQ.
