The AGT Department of Traveller Honours is responsible compiling and documenting the contributions of AGT Travellers to the AGT Galactic Archives, as well as suggesting new methods of recognizing Traveller contributions. The department operates under the supervision of the Bureau of Galactic Archives.
The department has the following responsibilities:
Compile information and records from the AGT Galactic Archive Database using the AGT Dashboard platform.
Develop and manage reports and charts for ranking AGT Traveller contributions.
Ensuring the Dashboard is stable and functions correctly for output to the website.
Encourage members to submit information to Galactic Archives to increase their standings (eg. leaderboard promotions).
Publicize the rankings on Twitter, Discord and Facebook.
Recommend and develop new methods of recognizing travellers.
Ensure Wiki page is consistent with the AGT website Honors page.
Notify Galactic Archives leader if records from dashboard reports indicate issues that may need to be resolved in the database content (spelling, format, duplication etc).
The department is overseen and supported by the AGT Bureau of Galactic Archives.
The department manager position is open at present. Apply at the AGT Job Portal. Leadership of this department is open to a AGT traveller in good standing. The ideal candidate has good Excel/Google sheets skills, and some wiki skills or aptitude. This is an entry level position.
