The Kikolgallr Travellers Foundation (KTF) was originally planned to be set up in Nov 2025 by the IGTF to establish an organized AGT presence in Kikolgallr. After some period of time, the foundation was finally launch in Jan 2026. It has established significant presence in a galactic core region of Kikolgallr with extensive AGT system claims.
The primary regions covered include:
Itwoope Nebula(capital region)
Kikolgallr Travellers Foundation Star is the overall Capital.
AGT / KTF prefixes and suffixes, except in special cases such as capital, black holes, or border systems.
Regional capitals are the black holes.
Founding date: 30 Jan 2026.
This statement records the principles under which the Kikolgallr Travellers Foundation operates and will continue to operate.
Under the Green Core
There are galaxies that feel charted before you arrive— their lanes well worn, their names spoken often enough to lose their weight. Kikolgallr was not one of them.
When I first crossed its threshold, the light was wrong in a way I could not immediately name. The core burned green—vivid, almost defiant—and the surrounding regions carried a silence that did not feel empty, only unlistened to.
Routes were sparse. Records were thin. And yet… travellers were already here. Always are. They arrived alone, or in pairs. Explorers between homes. Pilgrims between purposes. They left marks without leaving names.
It became clear to me then that Kikolgallr did not need conquest, nor ownership. It needed stewardship. The Alliance of Galactic Travellers has long understood this truth: that space is not held by claim alone, but by care.
The Defense Force safeguards the lanes. The Alliance preserves the accords. Yet beyond the familiar galaxies, there exist margins where protection thins—not by neglect, but by distance. The Kikolgallr Travellers Foundation was conceived in that margin.
Forged as a promise.
A promise that travellers passing through this green-lit frontier would find safe harbor, accurate charts, and quiet guardianship.
A promise that discoveries would be recorded faithfully and shared responsibly.
A promise that when threats emerged—as they eventually do—someone would be standing watch.
I did not raise a banner at first. I established waypoints. Listening posts. Small sanctuaries built close to portals and trade winds. I spoke with Korvax archivists who remembered fragments of this galaxy’s early cycles. I listened to Vy’keen pilots who respected strength but valued resolve more. I learned which Gek traders could be trusted to carry news intact. Even the Autophage left traces here—half-finished thoughts embedded in machinery older than any record.
Each encounter reinforced the same truth: Kikolgallr is not empty. It is waiting. The Foundation now exists to ensure that waiting is not in vain.
We operate under AGT authority, in cooperation with the Defense Force, and in respect of all established accords. We do not rewrite history here—we extend it, one careful entry at a time. Where facts are unclear, we mark them as such. Where dangers are unknown, we observe before we act. And where travellers falter, we lend aid without expectation.
Command is often mistaken for certainty. In truth, it is responsibility carried forward despite uncertainty.
As Commander of the Kikolgallr Travellers Foundation, I accept that burden willingly. This galaxy will be explored—not stripped.
Defended—not dominated.
Remembered—not overwritten.
And when future travellers look back through the records and wonder who first stood watch beneath the green core, I hope they find not a name—but a standard upheld.
